William Colby, speaking on the comparison of OSS with Special Forces. He originally was a member of the OSS, serving with the Jedburghs during WWII, CIA Chief of Station in Vietnam from 1959 to 1962, served as Deputy to the Commander of MACVSOG in Vietnam from 1968 to 1971. He was Director of the CIA from 1973 to 1976, and was the author of "Honorable Men", and "Lost Victory".
